The Imperial Wrestling Revolution, a subsidiary of NGM Entertainment LLC, was founded in 2014 by Jerry Bostic. Since that time the IWR has become one of the largest professional wrestling companies in the South Region. The IWR offers an extremely family oriented live event experience. The IWR produces both small and large events, with the large events in the top 10 in the United States in average attendance. Former WWE Executive and Hall of Fame Announcer, Oklahoma Native Jim "J.R." Ross, serves as a professional consultant for the IWR on large productions. The IWR also serves as the home promotion for Marshall & Ross Von Erich, sons of the legendary Kevin Von Erich.

In 2017, the IWR ventured into the Pay Per View world airing the first ever OklaMania on FITE TV, the largest on-demand PPV Wrestling, MMA, and Boxing network. OklaMania (the super show) and OklaCon (Oklahoma’s largest athletic convention), became the IWR’s signature event and was named by Jim Ross and developed by both himself and Jerry Bostic.
IWR is based out of Ardmore, Oklahoma, but travel all over Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and will be expanding into other states starting in 2018. The IWR is truly where legends of the past, current superstars, and future greats come together to produce high quality entertainment shows that combine athletics and storytelling. Many of the entertainers in the IWR have appeared, or still do appear on weekly television.

In 2017 due to branching out into other areas of entertainment, CEO Jerry Bostic and COO Dustin M. Jones, founded the parent company, NGM Entertainment LLC. NGM will now serve as a fully functioning entertainment firm housing the IWR brand under its entertainment umbrella.
